We could see snow this year in North Georgia, and a prepared Scout might be able to bolt to the woods to find a winter wonderland. With that in mind, we are setting up a text thread for Scouts and parents that might be able to pull off an impromptu camping trip (in case we get a surprise snow event).
We’ll limit the distance to be around 2.5 hours away The expectation is that the group would be ready within 24 hours to head north, and likely for only one night.
