Summer Camp will be here before you know it. This year, Troop 129 is heading to [Woodruff Scout Camp] from July 9 – 15.
Deadline for summer camp sign-up will be March 28 and will require a $100 deposit.
Patrece Keeter is leading up Summer Camp this year, and she needs to register individuals on April 17. While we have flexibility to add Scouts up through June, it is important to get Scouts signed up early. It is also critical to get signed up early to ensure Scouts can get Eagle and “good” merit badge spots. If you know you are going to summer camp, there is no reason to delay!
Also, we encourage Scouts to start looking over the merit badges (MB) available for summer camp. You can review the [merit badge] page on Woodruff’s site for additional details. The critical links have been added below.

Please use the sign-up sheet below to document your MB requests.
You need to pay close attention to the MBs selected and the scheduled time for each. There are certain MBs that take place at the exact same time, so don’t pick 2 (or more) MBs that conflict with each other.
They will be filled in the order they are received. That means, if you want to do a very popular MB (like shooting or water sports), we suggest you respond ASAP (once the sign-up is available). Those merit badges fill up very fast!

Just a reminder that all Scouts (and adults) attending need BSA Health Forms A, B and C signed by a physician, so be sure to plan accordingly. Medical forms will be due to Ms. Keeter by June 20.
